- It does’t work after I click the Download Link, Why?
First, you should check your state. Have you registered yet? If not, please register and then login to download. Register and Login Address: Register & Login.
- I don’t get the Download Link after I finished the payment, Why?
If the info is “Thanks for your payment, and the order has been successfully received.”, you can download the files form My Account.
You can login to buy the product page to download your product form “My Downloads” lists at My Account. If necessary, we will send the download link by E-mail to your PayPal E-mail, and we will ship within 24 hours usually.
